I am currently on the verge of releasing my very first e-book product. I’ve put together a couple of different free e-books such as The Blogging Tool Kit on this website but I have never released a paid eBook. This particular eBook is for one of my niche websites that I’ve expanded to an authority website. This is a great way monetize your website even if you haven’t put together a digital product before.
I have launched a couple of products on this particular website along with a few affiliate promotions but I’ve never launched a product with a full scale release. Basically, my product launches in the past really just consisted of a promotional video, adding the product to my website, and hoping that existing visitors buy the product. So today, I want to list some of the apps that of been very helpful with time management, productivity, and blogging on the go. I am also gonna list some very important apps that have helped me track my website on the go.
Workflowy – This is a very simple yet effective productivity app. This app allows you to make notes and/or lists in outline format. This is one application that I am using all day long so that I never forget an idea or a task that needs completed. This app will also send you a daily email letting you know the activity that happened on your list. This can be great for fueling that feeling of completion as you see what you have accomplished and marked off of your list.
Google Drive – This is probably the most important blogging app that I use on a daily basis. I do all of my writing within Google Drive as I prepare my blog posts. This is very easy to use and it allows me to open it up no matter where I am.

If you have started your Journey as a blogger than you have probably started your journey to become an SEO expert. Lets face it, we can’t do it all and we need some help along the way. One of the most known and highly regarded SEO plugins for WordPress is WordPress SEO by Yoast.
The beauty of WordPress is that it has made it easier to do almost anything imaginable with a website including SEO. There are so many amazing plugins out there for everything that can truly enhance your website. One of my favorites is the WordPress SEO Plugin which inspired today’s post.

Planning Blog Posts
Part of my content creation strategy for this website is planning my posts for the week ahead of time. This is a new strategy that I am implementing to keep fresh posted content on a regular basis. Part of this strategy will include writing my posts ahead of time and scheduling them to post in WordPress. This strategy is something I learned from Dave Taylor and I am now implementing it.
My plan involves a set of the following steps:
- List my topics for the week
- List keywords for each post
- Create an outline for each topic
- Write the content
- Optimize title and content
- Schedule posts
- Spread the word
